水彩,对于水彩画家黄俊清来说,它是心灵创造出来的艺术圣地;是他精神信仰。
对于厦大美术学院油画专业本科,研究生毕业,有良好扎实的美术功底,对色彩有自己独到见解,人到中年的他来说,水彩画飘渺透亮,神秘美幻,有一种让人细细品味,让人沉迷,欲罢不能的美学享受。
而他首先就是一个享受者。
人到中年,总有不为外人知道的人生酸甜苦辣咸。他在经历一些事,见过很多人,去过很多地方之后,譬如他在中国计算机专业最火,而他又在厦大计算机系当辅导员,跟那些从全国各地来的头脑精英打交道;到了新疆的天山南北,人生有了顿悟之后,他突然发现了,原来在油画以外,水彩画居然可以那么清高透亮,单纯,自由,不可捉摸;居然跟他的心境是那么的契合……他由此可以过上在水彩画画中找到简单,简淡,无拘无束,随手就来,放下即安的乐趣。
他不必在原来他喜爱并为之引以为傲的油画中为豪华的时间与精力所累。他可以把水彩当做中国文化禅林中的清爽呼吸,登山禅杖。他要一步一步的靠它登上中西文化融合的山峰。
他是一个默默的水彩国的行者。式感及抽象意味的风格。这种主观的将画面用合适的色彩或线条进行构图和布置的过程,本身就有着思想性。
一,黄。
黄色调,是中华民族的文化基调。色调,是一个画家一段时间里他的心的旋律。
我窃以为,中国人画水彩,要走向世界,肯定要有中国特色,也肯定会有中国特色。
因为我们的画家文化血脉里,无论如何都是涌动着中华传统文化观念。至于颜料纸张……虽然水彩对于纸张是非常有讲究的,它们是没有国界的。
水彩画,水是灵,色是魂。
而主宰水彩灵魂的,还是画家这个人,这个人的文化观念。
我在跟黄俊清的聊天中,从他的言语中,读到了与众不同,有他自己人生印记的艺术观念。
黄俊清正是利用其颜色透明,一层颜色覆盖另一层可以产生特殊的效果,但调和颜色过多或覆盖过多会使颜色肮脏,水干燥的快,适合制造风景等清新明快的小幅画作来表现心中自己的意趣追求。
为了这样的意趣追求,每个画家在表现特定的心境与题材时,会用特定的色调。
我发现,黄俊清的一部分风景画,喜欢用黄色调。
“和萨金特的水彩在一起,就好像和新鲜的阳光在一起。”世界著名水彩画家萨金特的一位传记作者说。
黄俊清的水彩画,跟萨金特一样,因为喜欢用黄色调,使自己的水彩有了阳光的味道。一种在太阳下波光粼粼的水的韵致。
世界上著名的水彩画家,不但是萨金特,还有美国水彩画家Bridget Austin的水彩画里,也总是充满阳光的味道,温暖又迷人,看她的画,仿佛心里装了艳阳。
色调是心灵的基调。
黄俊清的心灵是爽朗的,乐观的。黄色意味着大气与耐人寻味的韵味。
当然,话说回来,虽然中国的画坛有两个“疯子”崔如琢,范增放言说要超越毕加索的每张画一亿美元。但说实话,中国的油画,水彩画,也就字体到了西方老爷车,但还是看不到今天西画的车尾灯。
但我们中国画家还是努力在用西方美术语言,来表达中国文化意蕴。
黄俊清和中国的许多西画家们在用他们的画笔思考着。
黄俊清是一个用色高手。
他不仅善于用黄色调,也善于用原色……红色、黄色和蓝色和间色……橙色、绿色和紫色,还有复色与补色。
他在暖色调和冷色调中游刃有余,大胆纵情于“情色”之间。
二,俊。
何为“俊”?就是朗俊,有阳刚之气。
油画本科,研究生的扎实功底,让他的水彩画有了很强的质感。
除了水彩画,他还尝试用水粉画来表现山川的阳刚之气。
前些年,他去新疆采风回来,突发灵感,马上拿起画笔,以水粉为载体,把天山南北的气势气魄表现表现的淋漓尽致。
在他的画笔下,天山云遮雾绕,有时候神龙见首不见尾;有时候让我们想到了梁羽生笔下的《七剑下天山》,侠客之风余韵犹存;有的看起来那么富有诗意,使我们想到了《穆天子传》记载……3000年前的周穆王曾乘坐“八骏马车”西行天山,西王母在天池接见了他。我们仿佛在观看他的画作时,看到了穆王亲书的“西王母之山”中的奇珍异宝。
但我转念一想,其实,一幅好的画作,除了能让我们身临其境,感同身受,更重要的是,能够让我们在画作的面前,静下心来,忘却尘世的种种烦恼。
而这一点,黄俊清的画作做到了。
人有阳气则生,人无阳气则亡。
在黄俊清俊朗刚毅的山川面前,我感到了满满的阳刚之气。
当然,俊也可俊秀。刚柔总是相济的。
水彩大师卡尔·拉森艺术生涯是从书籍、报纸和杂志开始,30岁时游历法国,开始画水彩画。曾在瑞典哥德堡当博物馆艺术老师。他的房子靠近一个小湖,四周是森林。他的家和当地风景都成了画作,幸福和快乐永恒留在艺术家的水彩画中,受到全世界喜爱的透明水彩。
黄俊清的水彩画生涯,不是始于小时候,读初高中,读大学本科与研究生的时候,却是始于他面对一堆工科计算机专业的精英们的发散性思维与异于常人的思维方式的感悟。
他跟卡尔·拉森一样,水彩画萌动于社会生活,而不是书斋。生活与工作才是他“得鱼忘筌”,开始沉迷于水彩画,找到用水彩画来表现自己心中最佳旋律的艺术语言。
他工作中的厦大的一草一木,看似很多没有生命的建筑,都在他的画作里重新获得艺术生命。
《文心雕龙·物色》说:“窥情风景之上,钻貌草木之中。”
黄俊清把自己的心灵,灌注到他烂熟于胸的厦大山水草木建筑,让人们看到了他的人生章节片段,以及潜藏在这一幅幅画背后的故事。
同时,让我们听到了一个个跳跃而充满希望的色彩正如人生剧本中华丽篇章的优美音符,获得了于自然之中,与之契合交融,获得一种融情、性、道于一炉的审美享受。
三,清。
水彩画一向灵逸清新,它是水与色彩的融合。
它不仅如水般流畅通透,更有各种不同的色彩,就像世界是多姿多彩一样。
什么是水彩画的“清”?就是清逸,通透。这才是水彩画的灵魂。
我们在聊天中,黄俊清多次谈到二十世纪最伟大的善于运用色彩的画家,野兽派的代表人物亨利-马蒂斯(Henri Matisse)。
看来他很崇拜他,也很受他的影响。他的画风也跟马蒂斯一样,追求“综合的单纯化”画风,画了一些用单纯的线描和色块的组合,形成装饰感的画风,追求装饰和形式感的水彩画,追求马蒂斯那样的艺术风格……单纯、简洁、清晰,以线和色块构成艺术形象,形成色彩和线条既各自独立又彼此和谐、同时并进,构成一个有机的艺术整体。
我想,今天黄俊清的水彩画形体简洁,色彩鲜亮,也许就是得益于转益多师为我师的结果。
清,我们可以理解为通透。
当然,黄俊清他反对过于注重绘画的形式。而是提倡形式为内容服务,正如老子所言,“得鱼忘筌”也。
现今有的人为了别出心裁,独具一格,甚至用咖啡,葡萄酒,用盐巴,肥皂,铝箔弄等等作画。
前些天,一位旅居加拿大的画家朋友回来,我跟他聊天中,他就谈及,西方人是不看重材料与作画形式以及作画的类别的。关键在于表现力和画作的震撼力。
水彩的每一笔勾勒痕迹都必须是深思熟虑,那是一种似叮咚泉水般的,对生命的隐喻。也是一种内在孕育的东西——需要空间作移动、流动和蔓延,一种向死而生的勇气。有些类似于电影……它是一门“遗憾艺术”。
它容不得一个水彩画家像油画家那样,长时间涂抹修改,可以有长达甚至几个月,一年的创作期,而是最好一气呵成,心气灌注不走样。让一张水彩画,有了一样统一的心情天空,一样的气候,一样的品味。纯净而又丰富自然。
“路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索”。祝愿黄俊清的水彩画更“黄,俊,清”……富有个性,独具魅力。

黄俊清,福建泉州人。
1995年毕业于厦门大学美术系油画专业并留校工作。
2007年同校油画专业硕士毕业。 2012年初涉水彩,不久即被陕西省当代水彩粉画研究会聘为首批研究员、理事,2015年被泉州台商区美术家协会聘为首届顾问。
作品发表于《西北水彩》等水彩学术刊物,被北京上上美术馆、泉州画院等不少艺术机构和个人收藏。代表作有《大学与太武》系列等。

个人艺术观点:
社会赋予艺术家的任务,是让他们尽量从表现美和创造美的角度出发,更多的用触及心灵的声、色和形来提升人们真、善、美的情感。这必须是一种远离说教的、致力于“大美”的行为。
当画家不再满足于被动的反映客观对象,绘画就逐渐走向具有主观表现意图的、看起来更富形式感及抽象意味的风格。这种主观的将画面用合适的色彩或线条进行构图和布置的过程,本身就有着思想性。

Born in 1970 in Fujian province. China, have been fond of painting art and beenintroduced to western classical music at an early age.
In 1985, began to learn painting at the Quanzhou art normal school in Fujian province,accepted traditional art education. Except western painting, contacted calligraphy,traditional Chinese painting and seal cutting at the same time.Graduated in 1988, worked as arts teachers at Shanxia middle school in Huian Fujian.in 1991, major in oil painting at Art college of Xiamen University, as undergraduatestudent of Hong Ruisheng, Mo Ye, Zhao Hui, Li Quanmiao and Tang Shaoyun. Graduatedin July 1995 with the highest total score, also became one of the first arts students at Artcollege of Xiamen University who signed a contract with art brokers.
In 2003, major in oil painting at Art college of Xiamen University.
Before my college age, I was member of Quanzhou Youth Artists Association and XiamenWatercolor Society, Representative works are "outside", "noon" and "the red roof" series,etc.
Self assessment
Since childhood, I have been fond of painting art and received a good education at a veryearly age, that let me successively study art at technical secondary school, and thencontinued to study in Xiamen University major in oil painting, then stayed and worked atXiamen University as the highest comprehensive score. After graduation from collegenearly two decades, however, because of not teaching art, lack the good condition, I only
engaged in painting and writing in my spare time. In the process, I cannot do this withoutencouragement and support of the predecessors and enthusiastic friends. During theartistic growth course, I can feel my unceasing transformation: from a teenager to collegestudent, more than 10 years of professional study of traditional painting, the special
environment and relatively independent exploring space working as a young teacher inuniversity after graduation, all of these let me give the color language more subjectiverefining, and constantly enhance its performance ability. The effort finally let memercilessly cast aside from object bound, can easily communicate with overseas masterof color picture, I also get the ability to control the color language independently, so thepicture gets newborn. I will make unremitting efforts along this road.
As the contact and understanding of music and other arts, I aim to pursuit a symphony inmy own painting. Based on the needs of the emotional expression, I use color anddecorate a picture, let the color and lines mixed as the change of frame structure, everylittle bit, plus or minus, tight or thin. Seemed as symphony played at the stage, orpassionate Haydn's sonata, gentle like Mendelssohn's aria, I depict the eternal "rural" inmy heart unceasingly.

Appraisal of Watercolours by Huang Junqing
My first impression when I enjoyed Huang Junqing’s paintings was his inspiration must come about instantly and creative work finished at a stretch. The sceneries have been endowed with freshness, natural grace, transparency and radiance. In the watercolours, the painter portrays water with facility, making the scenery full of poetic quality and comfort. Similarity and un-similarity coexist. Accidental scene shows the sharpness and meticulosity of the painter in discovering concurrence of nature and art.
In my opinion, the charm in Huang Junqing’s paintings does not only lie in his eyes and the height of art his hands have reached, but more importantly, the mental state, temperament and attitude as shown at his spiritual level. Looking at the “source of river”, Huang Junqing’s exploration in painting roots in his love for nature and personal experience as well as his “bright” attitude towards livelihood and life.

A breakthrough in colour structure. A terse painter who does not cling to custom and shows persistence in his own interest. After a few years of accumulation, fruitful achievements can certainly be expected.
Ding Yilin
Huang Junqing’s “Bottle and Flower” (First Price winner, Watercolour Net of the West, No. 78) shows new painting technique and clever handling of relationship among point, line and lager surface, which creates very unique effects. Good at using contrast colours and structural composition, the painter possesses strong and comprehensive ability of controlling the general appearance of a painting.
Ma Baiqi
In general, I think you are very good at the usage of colours and control of tinges. Your distinct style of painting and audacious brushwork help you handle properly colour density and artistic conception. Moreover, you are very skillful in dealing with colour purity. There are excellent works full of poetic flavour and tricksyness, and some with sharp contrast of colour. Although some may not necessarily be identical with the object of painting, the sense of painting is generally strong and the difference between your works and those of other watercolour painters has been quite obvious.
