前言

Preface

艺术无国界，文化有共识。为传承与弘扬丝路精神，加强中国同东盟国家的睦邻友好关系，促进中外文化交流互鉴，增强中华文明传播力影响力，推动中华文化更好走向世界，拟于2022年11月6日在集美东盟文化艺术交流中心举办"联通丝路·印象侨乡"东盟文化艺术创作季（第三季）国际交流活动。本次活动将进一步弘扬嘉庚精神，提升"人文集美"内涵，在厦门集美打造国际艺术高地，为海内外艺术家搭建交流与展示平台，为福建"福文化"、厦门"文化中心、艺术之城、音乐之岛"建设贡献力量。

We have always believed that art has no national boundaries, and people share a common understanding of universal culture. To inherit the spirit of the Silk Road, strengthen the good-neighborly and friendly relations between China and ASEAN countries, and enhance the spread and influence of Chinese civilization, themed on "Connecting the Silk Road · Impression of Hometown", ASEAN Culture and Art Creation Season (Season Ⅲ) will be held by ASEAN Cultural & Art Exchange Center on November 6, 2022. The event aims to build an exchange and exhibition platform for artists from home and abroad, to create an international art highland in Jimei District, to pass on the spirit of Tan Kah Kee as well as the connotation of "Humanities Jimei", which will definitely contribute to the construction of Fujian's "Culture of Blessing" and Xiamen's "Cultural Centre", " City of Arts" and "Island of Music".

黄志洋

黄志洋，1968年5月出生于福建南安。1990年至2002年创办美术中专学校并任校长职务；2005年结业于中国油画人体风景研修班（天津美院）；2006年至2008年毕业于中国人民大学艺术学院首届油画创作硕士研究生班；2011年结业于第五届厦门漆画高研班；2016年赴意大利艺术交流。现为中国美术家协会会员，福建省美协新文艺群体艺委会副主任，福建省美协油画艺委会委员，福建省油画学会副秘书长。作品荣奖《首届中国大芬国际油画双年展》优秀奖，《八闽丹青奖》"第二、三届福建省美术双年展"金奖提名，"第五届全国（大芬）中青年油画展"十佳作品等多个奖项。作品发表于《中国油画》《艺苑》《美术》《当代油画》《美术通讯》等刊物，编著《黄志洋油画作品集》（中国艺术家出版社出版）。

Huang Zhiyang was born in May 1968 in Nan'an, Fujian province. From 1990 to 2002, he founded a secondary technical school of Fine Arts and held the post of principal. In 2005, he graduated from the the Chinese figure and landscape oil painting training program at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. From 2006 to 2008, he studied in the first master's degree program of oil painting creation in the Art Institute of Renmin University of China. In 2011, he finished his study from the 5th Xiamen lacquer painting advanced seminar. In 2016, he went to Italy for arts exchange. Mr. Huang is now member of China Artists Association, deputy director of New Arts Group Committee of Fujian Artists Association, member of Oil Painting Committee of Fujian Artists Association, and deputy secretary-general of Fujian Oil Painting Society. His works were honored with the Excellent Award of the 1st Dafen International Oil Painting Biennial and nominated for the Gold Award of the 2nd and 3rd Fujian Art Biennale, Top Ten Works Award for the 5th National (Dafen) Young and Middle-aged Oil Painting Exhibition, etc. His works have been published in periodicals such as Chinese Oil Paintings, Yi Yuan, Arts, Contemporary Oil Paintings, Art Newsletter, etc. He is the author of A Collection of Huang Zhiyang's Oil Paintings published by China Artists Publishing House.
